Saturday Miles: Running with Purpose Together.
This morning’s 5K hit different.
Not because of the pace, not because of the route, but because of the people who showed up with intention.
We met up between the playground and the soccer fields, a spot that’s starting to feel like the home base for what we’re building. The air was cool, energy was calm, and from the moment our group formed up, you could feel that today was going to be special.
JEY Run Club has never been about speed. It’s about purpose. It’s about waking up early when you don’t feel like it. It’s about showing up for yourself and showing up for others at the same time. And today captured that perfectly.
As we took off, you could hear conversations, encouragement, breathing, foot strikes… the sound of people choosing growth. Some ran steady. Some walked when they needed to. Some pushed a little harder. But everyone moved forward together.
And that’s the whole point.
What we’re building is bigger than a run. It’s a community built on faith, discipline, and consistency. It’s families running together, friends holding each other accountable, and new faces finding a space where they belong.
When we crossed that last stretch, there wasn’t a finish-line banner, but there was a sense of accomplishment that you could feel. A quiet confidence. A reminder that when you show up, you elevate.
To everyone who pulled up today, thank you.
To everyone thinking about joining, we’ve got a spot for you.
Next Saturday, we do it again.
Same purpose. Same energy. Same mission.
Let’s elevate together. 🏁
