JEY Youth Performance Program

Discipline. Confidence. Movement. Mentorship.

A youth fitness and mentorship program designed to help kids build stronger habits, greater confidence, and a stronger mindset through structure, movement, and encouragement.

What is the JEY Youth Program?

The Just Elevate Yourself Youth Program is an 12 week running, fitness, and mentorship experience. Each session combines movement with life lessons to build discipline, confidence, and teamwork.

From warm-ups to training, team activities to mentorship, every part of the program is designed with purpose.

Who is it for?

Designed for ages 8–14, this program is for youth who need structure, movement, and positive guidance. No experience required.

Whether active or just getting started, this is for those willing to show up, be coached, and grow in confidence, discipline, and mindset.
